The purpose is to discover junior high school students and develop and im-plement a systematic training plan to encourage their abilities through learning in the fields of science and mathematics and infor-mation. Tsuyama College has been adopted for this project and has been working on it since 2018. Since the purpose of the Junior Doctor Science School is to develop and implement human resource development programs, it is necessary to set goals for human resource development and to measure and evaluate the ability growth of students.
