Tsuyama College was adopted in 2018 and is working on this project. The Junior Doctor Science School seeks out elementary and junior high school students with high motivation and outstanding abilities and trains their abilities through learning in the fields of science and mathematics and information, with the aim of encouraging outstanding human resources who will lead future science and technology innovation. In this project, a student mentor system is set up for the purpose of supporting students during the course. Student mentors are more than just experimental assistants, they play the role of counseling, guidance, and advice, and they are closer to the students. In addition, student mentor activities are being developed not only to support students but also to contribute to the career development of student mentors themselves as part of student education. For this reason, the purpose of the student mentor system is clearly stated as guidelines so that mentor management can be systematically performed.
