Career counseling for the students in National Institute of Technology, Tsuyama College is a critical core task to achieve the installation purpose of National Institute of Technology, Japan as explicitly stated in Act on the Institute of National Colleges of Technology, Independent Administrative Agency. There are a myriad of factors contributing to high rate of employment and education continuance. The representative factors are, 1. Historical fact of confidential relationship with industry, 2. Organizational structure consolidating for develop people with outstanding specialist capabilities. The vital points for the supervising teacher on career counseling have been accumulated based on four department old framework, because the migration to new department framework ‘Department of Integrated Science and Technology’ will have been reached completion in 2020. |
